Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your ring. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all engagement rings.

How It Works

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return
• The ring must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all certification documents
• Custom-sized rings (resized after original order) are final sale
• To start a return, email help@everlumina.org with your order number
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days
• Return shipping is free - we provide a prepaid shipping label

Want a different size, style, or metal? Contact help@everlumina.org and we will arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ring arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.
